 BLACK FRIDAY / CHRISTMAS RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY.

Black Friday orders placed on 26.11.24 can be refunded or exchanged up to 14th of January. 

Any orders from our outlet are non-refundable. You may exchange your item for another size, if stock is available. Any items that cannot be exchanged due to no alternative colour or size, will receive a digital store gift card.

STANDARD - £3.99 GBP - Free for orders over £100. Delivered within 2-4 working days. 

Order before 4pm GMT Monday-Friday

24 HOURS (NEXT DAY) - £5.99

Order before 2pm Monday-Friday. If ordered after 2pm, your order will be despatched the next working day.

RETURNS POLICY

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Item(s) should be returned showing no signs of wear, undamaged and with all tags attached. All item(s) must be returned in the original packaging. When trying on clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave scents or marks. We will be unable to accept any returns of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.

Customers must pay for return of postage, we advise that you use a signed for delivery service to ensure your item(s) are delivered back to us safely. If you have received the wrong item(s), your postage cost will be refunded once the item(s) has been received at our warehouse, and the correct item(s) will be sent out immediately. Please note that if shipping has been included in a price, and you would like to receive a full refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
